ICCF Academy e Dentons are pleased to invite you to the presentation event of the second edition of the manual of Chinese commercial and tax law, drafted by the lawyer Junyi BaiPartner at Dentons in Italy and head of the Italy-China Collaboration Group, and from Vincenzo Carbone, lawyer and contract professor of "International Tax Law and Customs Regulations".
The book, published by CEDAM, outlines a solid and systematic foundation of the main themes of Commercial and tax law in the People's Republic of China, now with particular attention to regulatory evolution and the implications arising from the changed geopolitical scenario.
The presentation will take place at the Italy China Council Foundation headquarters, with moderation by Francesco Boggio FerrarisAcademy and Marketing Director at ICCF.
