The Presidency Committee

As provided for by Article 12 of the Statutes of the Italy China Foundation, the Presidency Committee is composed of the Chairman and the Vice Chairmen of the Foundation, as well as distinguished members appointed by the Board of Directors and the Director General, who is invited to attend.

The role of the Presidency Committee is to work directly with the Chairman on matters of the Foundation’s governance and thus serve as a tool for consultation and discussion in defining the programmes and activities to be submitted to the Board of Directors.
