Due to business expansion, GOFO offers an opportunity for the position of HR Manager in our warehouse located in Milan.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with general management and department managers to understand business strategies and align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide data-driven decision support to improve organisational performance.
- Participate in the definition of recruitment strategies and optimise selection processes.
- Contributing to talent development programmes (performance management, career paths, succession planning).
- Acting as a liaison between management and employees, managing labour relations, conflicts, grievances and disciplinary matters in compliance with Italian law.
- Support reorganisation projects, optimisation of positions and development of corporate culture.
- Promoting engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Italian and European regulations.
- Manage HR analysis and reporting to support strategic headquarters decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related.
- At least 5 years of experience as HRBP or senior HR role, preferably in multinational contexts.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian labour law and the social security system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in recruiting, performance management, employee relations, organisational development and change management.
- Good command of HRIS systems and office software, with sound analytical skills.
- Strategic thinking, strong business acumen and ability to handle complex problems.
- Native Chinese speaker and fluent in Italian and English, with excellent intercultural skills.
