TRUMPY TOURS S.r.l. - Tour Operator specialising in on-shore tourist services for cruise ships offers passengers an efficient, reliable and customer-oriented service from reception to support during excursions.
For the expansion of its staff, it is looking for the following professionals to join its staff at the Ports of Venice and Civitavecchia: Ground tourist assistants.
The resources will be in charge of:
- Meet & greet serviceReception of guests at the passenger terminal: provide assistance and information on boarding and disembarkation operations, check-in service at the terminal;
- Ground ServiceControl of transfers to and from the airport, assistance and information to guests (port, hotels, scheduled stops during tours).
It is required:
- Native speaker of Chinese (Mandarin) and good knowledge of Italian and possibly English
- Hour flexibility and willingness to work weekends
- Strong teamwork skills
- A seasonal fixed-term contract is proposed, in the period from August to December with fixed dates
The classification, salary and duration of the contract will be defined at the interview stage.
