La promoting cultural dialogue between Italy and China represents one of the five key areas of the Italy China Council Foundation (ICCF). The recent visit to the Palace Museum in Beijingone of the most prestigious museum and cultural institutions in the world.

Following the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding Between the ICCF and the Palace Museum, the two institutions have started a cooperation process aimed at developing Italy-China cultural projects and joint initiatives to enhance the artistic and cultural heritage of the two countries.

During the visit, Federico Pasini, Operations Director of ICCF, and Raphael Cooperour Delegate in China, met with Lou WeiDeputy Director of the Palace Museum. The meeting had a clear objective: giving substance to commitments made with the signing of the agreement, defining the first operational lines for:

  • develop exhibition projects in Italy and China,
  • involve companies and institutions of the scultural and museum,
  • promote the valorisation of the artistic heritage of the two countries.
