The offering is structured into three areas dedicated to the development of skills and relations between Italy and China.

Corporate training

The Academy designs tailored professional training programmes, developed from the strategic objectives and business needs of individual companies – both Italian and Chinese. Within this framework fits the China Executive Training Programme, a tailor-made programme for managers and company teams wishing to consolidate specific skills regarding the business dynamics of the two markets.

Language and culture

Linguistic and cultural knowledge represents a strategic tool for building solid professional relationships. The Academy offers intensive and vocational courses in Chinese and Italian language and targeted pathways aimed at understanding the different sectoral contexts of the two countries.

Through training activities and international exchange initiatives The Academy encourages dialogue between managers, institutions and students, contributing to the development of intercultural skills needed to operate successfully in global markets.

Study Tour

The Academy organises study tour e-business visit in Italy and in China, designed to offer a direct experience of their respective economic, industrial and cultural ecosystems. Aimed at entrepreneurs, professionals and students, the programmes allow participants to deepen their knowledge of the markets through meetings with local companies, institutions and stakeholders, fostering concrete networking opportunities.

Among the initiatives carried out, programmes in China dedicated to Italian managers stand out—featuring visits to leading business enterprises and innovation centres—as well as programmes aimed at Chinese delegations and businesses interested in exploring the Italian production fabric, with a particular focus on excellence in Made in Italy, design, fashion and advanced manufacturing.
