Country Sales Director for commercial office in China

Rossini Spa, international company leader in the ancillaries and equipment for the supply of the flexible packaging printing world, is looking for Country Sales Director for its commercial office located in China. We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Sales Director to lead our dynamic sales organisation and drive our revenue growth initiatives in China.

The ideal candidate will possess good industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities. You will be responsible for improving a robust sales pipeline, examining customer trends, and leveraging market insights to inform our commercial direction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven track record in sales management, with experience in developing and executing sales
strategies.
– Strong leadership and team management abilities to inspire and drive our sales organisation in
China.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team
members.
– Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales
strategies.
– A bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Significant travel in China may be required for client meetings or industry conferences.
Prerequisite: Chinese (fluent) / English (fluent)
Assistance will be provided to relocate to China including housing, vehicle, and obtaining appropriate visa as necessary.
