{"id":4198,"date":"2025-06-25T15:57:11","date_gmt":"2025-06-25T13:57:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.italychina.org\/?p=4198"},"modified":"2026-01-01T23:40:13","modified_gmt":"2026-01-01T22:40:13","slug":"assemblea-soci-iccf-presentata-rinnovata-governance-e-ventesima-edizione-china-awards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.italychina.org\/en\/iccf-shareholders-meeting-presented-renewed-governance-and-20th-china-awards\/","title":{"rendered":"ICCF Members' Meeting | Renewed governance and 20th China Awards presented"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Wednesday 25 June, the<strong>ICCF Members' Meeting<\/strong>, an annual event of great importance for the institutional life of the Italy China Council Foundation, the body established in 2022 from the integration of the Italy China Foundation and the Italy-China Chamber of Commerce. During the meeting, the activities and key achievement over the past year were presented, along with the projects and initiatives planned for the months ahead. As in previous years, the meeting served an important forum for dialogue between the Members and the leadership team, as well as a moment to reflect and discuss key issues for the development of Italy and China relations, in this contest ICCF continues to position itself as the main platform for dialogue and collaboration between the two countries.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting opened with a presentation of <strong>the renewed governance of ICCF<\/strong>following the appointment on 8 April of the Board of Directors for the three-year period 2025-2027, an appointment ratified today by the vote of the Shareholders' Meeting. During the session, this was followed by the introduction of the new President's Committee, a statutory and advisory body tasked with supporting of assisting the President in defining the programms and activities to be submitted to the Board of Directors. As part of the new leadership, the Statutory Auditor was also appointed for the next three years.<\/p>\n<p>Another key moment for the Assembly was the presentation of the <strong>past activities and projects<\/strong> of ICCF which, thanks to its network of members and partners, continue to affirm its role as a key player in the development of relations between Italy, Europe and China, through concrete tools, up-to-date analyses and growth opportunities for Italian companies in an increasingly complex and competitive global context. Central of these results are the three pillars underpinning the organisation's work: business support services, the Study Centre and the Academy, each of which reported o the progress made over the past year.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, a dedicated segment was given to the presentation of the next <strong>China Awards<\/strong>which will mark their 20th edition in 2025. On 3 December, in the traditional setting of the Museum of Science and Technology in Milan, the event will celebrate the Italian and Chinese companies that have most distinguished themselves over the past year, by successfully  seix\u00eczed the opportunities offered by the two markets.
