The Italy China Foundation and the Italy China Chamber of Commerce have signed a collaboration agreement aimed at enhancing the features of both institutions and to better meet the needs of the Italian and Chinese companies.
The Chamber and the Foundation will ensure greater coordination of their activities, so as to provide a more comprehensive framework for institutions and companies operating or intending to operate on the Italy China side. To this end, it's been created a unique commercial department which will provide targeted assistance to both companies associated with both organizations and to those who do not yet form part of our network.
Continuity and coordination are confirmed by the appointment as Secretary General of the China Chamber of Commerce of Mark Bettin, currently chief operating officer of the Italy-China Foundation. Alcide Luini, outgoing Secretary-General, will help to achieve these objectives, assuming the post of coordinator of the activities of both institutions.
We believe that the renewed collaboration will be an advantage for institutions and Chinese companies, which can interface with a single interlocutor who can convey the possibilities of collaboration with the "Italian system".
