Position: Key Account Customer Service
1、 Daily communication with Customer, Coordinate with all parties (incl. Origin / Destination
operation teams) to meet the requirements from Customer.
2、 Follow up new booking and give clear instruction to Operation Teams to handle the
3、 Master all methods to obtain seafreight / airfreight / railfreight cost from all kinds of parties
for inquiries of Customers, Negotiate to ensure to obtain best cost and issue Quotations to
4、 Handle Customer Enquiry Thoroughly and Accurately, Always Meet the Deadline.
5、 Updating Internal & Local SOP (incl. sharing updates to all concerned).
6、 Tracking shipments and keep Customer posted.
7、 Assist Local Manager to maintain positive relationship with existing and target Customer and
8、 Act friendly and professional towards Customers, Internal & Overseas.
9、 Use best job-know how with company resources to handle customer Complaint and Claim.
1、 College degree or above, Major in Logistics, International Trade is preferred.
2、 With 4-5 years’ related experience in Airfreight, Oceanfreight and road transporation.
3、 Good command of both spoken and written in English, Mandarin is a plus
4、 Good MS office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5、 Customer Orientated, Efficient communicator, Quick Learner, Good at Coordination and
